Local dentists will be offering free dental work in Bowmanville this weekend as a way to give back to the community and help those lacking coverage.


West Bowmanville Family Dental and the Rotary Club of Bowmanville will be hosting a free day of dental procedures on Sunday, Nov. 16, 2014. Participating dentists will offer each client a free service of either a cleaning, filling, or tooth removal throughout the day.

The event, which is first come, first served, is intended to help people who do not have private insurance and do not qualify for government-assisted coverage.

Free Dental Day will take place between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. at West Bowmanville Family Dental, 2378 Hwy. 2 Bowmanville. For more information call the office at 905-697-1118
