In today’s case we feature an immediate dental implant placed in the upper premolar area.

The tooth had previous root canal therapy and crown that unfortunately broke at the gum line level.  The patient was given the choice of tooth removal and immediate dental implant placement.  Three months of healing occurred and a new dental implant crown was placed.  The patient was very happy with the final outcome.
